What is a Shopping Cart?
Upon entering our online shop, a shopping cart is created in which you can keep all the products you want to order. When you find a product that interests you, you can choose its particular characteristics (if there are any) and the quantity you desire. Then, you click on the button . You will automatically be transferred to the page where you will see all the products you have inserted in your shopping cart, including the product you just selected.
 
You can view or change the contents of your shopping cart at any time simply by clicking on the link "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page. You can add, subtract and change the quantity of the products in your shopping cart. The contents of your shopping cart will remain there until you close your Browser or until you place your order. (Note: All the prices on our online shop include V.A.T.)

How can I order?
When you choose all the products that interest you, click on the link "Place Order" at the top of the page or from the Shopping Cart at the bottom of the page. You can order the products Online or via Fax. Select the method you prefer and a new window will open that contains all the products you have selected and the information you need to fill out. After carefully reading the instructions, make the selections you wish and make sure you filled out all the necessary information fields. Then, you can place your order.
 
Once this is done, your Order Number will appear. This will also be sent to the e-mail address you included. Keep it handy so that you can contact us about your order or find out about the status of your order online.

Is my transaction secure?
Yes. When your order Online, you are transferred to a Secure Server. From then on, any personal information you submit is transferred using the SSL Protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) which guarantees safety and confidentiality of information transferred through the Internet. SSL supports verification of customer, company ID or both as well as encryption of a contact session.
The delicate data (Credit Card Number and CVV2-Data) go through a second stage of encryption until they reach the account management department.

How can I find out about the status of my Order?
You can click on the link "Order Status" at the top of the page and you will be transferred to a form where you will have to enter your Order Number. When you submit the form, the products you ordered as well as the status of your order will appear. Here you may also find special messages which are directed especially to you from the account management department.
If you have a particular question, you can send your enquiry along with your Order Number via e-mail.

How can I search for products quickly and efficiently?
There are two ways to search for a product.
The "Advanced Search" and the "Quick Search". For the "Advanced Search", click on the link "Advanced Search" at the top of the page. You can quickly and efficiently find specific products you have in mind. Fill out the criteria of the product you want to locate (such as name, manufacturer, category, price range, whether the product is new, whether it is a special offer etc.). Then click on "Search" and the products that match your criteria will appear.
 
For the "Quick Search", the icon appears on the Home Page and on the products pages of our e-shop. Beside the icon, there is a field into which you can enter a keyword that relates to the product you want. By clicking the icon , you will receive your search results.
